CoPro Live Brukerforum ble gjennomført 22 november med bra deltagelse. Agendaen var satt opp sammen med våre kunder og vi hadde besøk av Sverre Thorstad, som er revisor i Nemko. Han fortalte om revisors fokus i forhold til risiko- og rotårsaksanalyser.
Dagen startet med en gjennomgang av produktutvikling og planer, som er styrt av våre kunders ideer og forslag. Blant annet ble CLUE app for IOS og Android vist og etter planen blir den lansert til våre kunder rundt nyttår.
Deretter berørte vi tema innen forbedringsarbeid som rotårsaksanalyser, risikoanalyser, digitalisering og integrasjoner. Vi la vekt på å vise funksjonalitet «live», der vi blant annet viste kundenes løsninger.
Vi opplever tilbakemeldingene på arrangementet som gode og spesielt gode tilbakemeldinger er det på ideutveksling mellom kunder.
This privacy policy governs your use of the software application CURB Deviation («Application») for mobile devices that was created by CoPro Live AS. The Application is mobile implementation of parts the Cloud solution, that has the same name. This mobile version is used to enter data and send them for further processing in the desktop version of the Application. The Applications stores deviations in first stage, namly what is registered on the mobile device, but when deviation are sent on in the workflow it is removed from the mobile device.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download, register a deviation and use the Application. The only personal information needed on the device is users email-adresses if the user accept this to be stored on the device. The emailadress are the only way to identify a valid user of the Application.
We never use the information provided to us to contact you for any purposes at all (such marketing promotions or likewise.)
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
We never give, or allow third-parties access to any information from the Application.
We may disclose userprovided Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We do not retain any information in the Application longer than users decide. The customer have 100 % control of the data and decides whether to keep it or not. When users decide to remove the app all information about the user or the deviations are removed from the mobile device.
Children
We do not use the Application to solicit data from or market to children.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy at Http://www.copro.no/produkter/privacy_policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. «Processing» means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the EU.

CLUE er dokumentløsningen i CoPro QMS Ledelsessystem. Sentralt i CLUE er det vi kaller en dokumenttype hvor vi kan styre alt fra krav til innhold, arbeidsflyt, utseende mm. Fleksibiliteten i en dokumenttype gjør at våre kunder benytter CLUE til styrende dokumenter, prosedyrer, produktspesifikasjoner, stillingsbeskrivelser, kunde og leverandør kontrakter, utstyrsoppfølging etc. Her er det bare kreativiteten som setter begrensninger. CLUE har en innebygget editor og kan i tillegg håndtere alle typer vedlegg som Word, PDF, Excel, video, bilder, mm.
CLUE har tilgangsstyring til dokumenter, styrt arbeidsflyt med høring og godkjenning, varsling ved publisering, krav til lesebekreftelse fra brukere, revisjonsintervaller, samsvarskrav, mm.
For en bruker i et dokumentsystem er det ulike behov. Det har ført til at vi har ulike Dashboard, som skal dekke ulike type behov for en redaktør, en leder eller en bruker som kun skal lese dokumenter. I tillegg er alle Dashboard personifisert og inneholder «Mine favoritter», «Sist leste dokumenter» og «Mine oppgaver.» På denne måten forenkler CLUE daglige arbeidsoppgaver.
CLUE knyttes sammen med de øvrige modulene i CoPro QMS Ledelsessystem med nøkkelord som gjøres tilgengelig i alle løsninger. Brukertilgangen kan styres via et felles brukerregister i Azure AD.

Plug-In Service AS driver service og vedlikehold på kjøle- og frysedisker i det norske markedet. Det er stort fokus på proaktivt vedlikehold, resirkulasjon og miljøvennlige løsninger for å skape miljøgevinster, noe som er godt innarbeidet i det interne miljøet. Selskapet holder til i Hagan i Nittedal og har ca. 60 ansatte.

Mjørud AS holder til på Rudskogen i Rakkestad, Østfold. Selskapet ble startet i 1905. Seskapets leveranser er i dag design, engineering, fabrication and installation of “Gas Turbine Off-Engine Products and Services” including Air Intake Systems, Enclosures, Exhaust Collectors, Ductwork Dampers and Stacks, and complete Waste Heat Recovery (WHRU) or Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) systems.
Mjørud’s ledelsessystem har frem til nå vært basert på Microsoft Sharepoint. Selskapet går over til Office 365 og valgte CoPro QMS Ledelsessystem som sitt nye skybaserte ledelsessystem. I Copro QMS skal de benytte modulene CORE til prosesskartlegging, CLUE til dokumentkontroll og CURB til avvik, sjekklister, revisjoner, risikostyring, forbedringsarbeid mm.
De ulike modulene skal integreres tett med andre kjernestystemer hos Mjørud som prosjektverktøy, kunderegister og leverandørregister. Ledelsessystemet integreres også med selskapets brukerregister (Azure) og kan konfigureres med to trinns autentisering.

Tidligere var sjekklister manuelt skrevet på et stykke papir og kritiske verdier var ikke enkelt tilgjengelig. Nå foregår utfylling på en mobil enhet med direkte oppdateringer. I etterkant er registreringer søkbare og det er enkelt å finne kritiske verdier.
